Updates

Since we are at the end of the year, I wanted to look back and recap some of the exciting things we launched this year:

Pixelogic launched on a new platform: Windows and Steam Deck via Steam
Highly requested quality-of-life features: “maybe” mark, drag locking, and dim clue numbers
Added German and French languages
New Themes
Added an original soundtrack
Re-launched newsletter as Pixelogic Weekly

In addition, there was also the bonus puzzle challenge, Every 5x5 Nonogram, where hundreds of thousands of internet strangers banded together to solve all 25 million puzzles. In addition, I launched Puzzarium, a new home for collaborative web puzzles, including the current challenge: Every 5x6 Nonogram.

It’s been busy, but I’m excited for the things I’m planning in 2026 with Pixelogic and Puzzarium:

Puzzle packs! This will be my main focus for Pixelogic. This is something I’m behind on due to the work required for the Steam release. I’m goal is a new puzzle pack every 2 months.
More puzzle challenges. I’ll be going beyond nonograms and trying more experimental puzzle games on Puzzarium.

Also, a big thank you to you, the players and puzzle creators who have supported this game for over 16 years.
